X20 Control Console
The X20 Topcon system can control up to five tanks including granular, liquid and NH3. It monitors fan speed, shaft speeds, ground speeds. Provides you with on-the-go rate read outs, field mapping capabilities, and prescription seeding and fertilizing.
Benefit: While using prescription mapping, savings can be realized on input cost or better returns on input by putting product where it is needed.
Benefit: The ability to control a liquid or NH3 cart with the same controller.

17" High Flow Fan
An industrial piston-type hydraulic motor powers a 17" diameter forward curved fan. This fan provides as much airflow as other systems with 2 fans.
Benefit: It is 98% efficient. Use of larger hydraulic lines decrease flow restrictions resulting in a higher fan speed with less heat build up.
Benefit: Allows growers to travel at higher speeds or apply higher rates of fertilizer.

Fully Adjustable Plenum
A fully adjustable plenum - each air stream is controlled for fine-tuning air volume.
Benefit: lets you divert more air to the meter with heavier products and higher rates of application, and less with lighter or more fragile products or low volume products such as canola seed.

Metering Wheel
Tried and proven spiral fluted metering wheels gently roll product into the air stream in a constant flow, unlike the uneven dumping of straight fluted metering wheels. Improved square, stainless steel metering shaft drives the metering wheels, dividers, and spacers together to alleviate product build-up between spacers.
Benefit: Meter a full range of seed varieties from canola to chickpeas without changing metering wheels.
Benefit: Each wheel is matched to each divider head for very even, accurate seed/fertilizer distribution.

Delivery System
Smooth, horizontal flow of product is assured with unique, patented Flat Fan Divider Heads that eliminate the abrupt direction changes of conventional vertical divider heads. The result is an accurate, gentle, and efficient delivery of product to each secondary hose or run.
Benefit: Very gentle seed distribution on pulse and oilseed crops. Very efficient system increases accuracy of seeding rates.
Benefit: Requires only one fan regardless of size of machine or which distribution - single or double shoot.

Walk-Through Tank Design
New catwalk design provides a safe, convenient access to all tanks. Sure grip ladders are available on both sides and fold up out of the way when not in use.
Benefit: Walk-through tank design creates a firm standing platform with fill lids at waist level...no stooping or bending.

Balanced Auger
An alignment pin locks in the auger for extra stability. Top and bottom controls let you handle the filling process up or down. Now uses bearings in pivot points, so that it can be easily adjusted to each hopper with minimum effort. Oversized flighting increases efficiency and carries product with minimal damage - clean out is almost complete.
Benefit: One operator to easily fill and clean out all three tanks very quickly.
