7000 Series Precision Air Carts are simple to operate and incorporate Morris' unique metering system, convenient electronic monitoring, and the option of single, double or triple shoot set-ups. Our "walk-through" tank system is ergonomically designed for operator comfort and safety.

Available in 180 to 300 bushel models, the Morris 7000 Series Air Cart incorporates a unique air distribution system complete with a patented "flat fan divider head." Choose from tow-behind and tow-between configurations to meet your operational requirements.

Sight Glasses
Sight glasses are incorporated into the tanks and are visible from the ground.

Benefit: Allows the operator to fill tanks to capacity without climbing up and down to check levels.

Double Hinge Auger
The 7000 series auger is double-hinged for exceptional balance. The 17.8 cm (7 inch) auger is standard on the 7180 model and a 20.3 cm (8 inch) auger is available on the 7240 and 7300 models.
Benefit: One operator can easily fill and clean out all the tanks very quickly.

Third Tank
Optional third tank makes triple shooting possible. This configuration facilitates a one-pass operation eliminating unnecessary handling of product. Can be used for small oilseeds and grasses, starter fertilizer or granular herbicide.
Benefit: Ideal size for oilseeds such as canola, mustard, and other small forage seeds.
Benefit: Ideal size for growers who want to seed place fertilizer rather than band it.

Variable Rate System
Optional variable rate system allows you to change rates on the go with the simple press of a button.

Benefit: Savings can be realized on input costs or better returns on inputs by putting product where it is needed most – fertilizer rates can be varied on the go.

Walk-Through Tank Design
Unique "walk-through" design with non-slip surface gives access to the loading areas. Access to the platform is available from both sides of the tank (when auger is down).
Benefit: Walk-through tank design creates a firm standing platform with fill lids at waist level...no stooping or bending.

High Flow Fan
A high flow fan gives added product carrying capacity. The piston hydraulic motor is 98% efficient and rated for 10,000 hours of service.
Benefit: Use of larger hydraulic lines decrease flow restrictions resulting in less heat build up and less wear and tear on the tractor’s hydraulic system.

Monitoring
The easy to read monitor provides accurate data such as ground speed, fan speed, bin level, field acres seeded, total acres seeded and much more.

Benefit: All the seeding information you require and the security of alarms on critical components of the seeding system in the cab.

Air Delivery System
The unique design of Morris’ delivery system provides a smooth, horizontal flow of material, eliminating abrupt directional changes and reducing seed damage. The patented flat fan divider head delivers product evenly to each seed boot for uniform emergence.
Benefit: Very gentle seed distribution on pulse and oilseed crops. Very efficient system increases accuracy of seeding rates.
Benefit: Requires only one fan regardless of size of machine or which distribution - single, double or triple shoot.

Metering Wheel
Unique, spiral-fluted metering wheels gently roll product into air stream in a constant flow. Morris' metering wheels are matched with individual divider heads to ensure accuracy and efficiency in seeding the full range of seed varieties from canola to beans and other pulse crops.
Benefit: Meter a full range of seed varieties from canola to chickpeas without changing metering wheels saving precious time during seeding.
