Morris’ 24/7 troubleshooting seeding support gives growers peace of mind – morning, noon and night

Saskatoon, SK – Emergencies can’t wait during seeding season, which is why on April 1 Morris Industries will launch Morris 360 Service, a new 24/7 hotline for all current Morris seeding and tillage equipment owners. Surrounding customers with around-the-clock troubleshooting until June 15, Morris 360 Service will work together with dealers to provide immediate seeding support and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.

“Morris Industries is pleased to offer Morris 360 Service to give growers emergency access to problem diagnoses and parts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week” says Don Henry, chief operating officer for Morris Industries. “Seeding can put a lot of pressure on growers and dealerships. Morris sincerely hopes growers don‟t have reason to call, but if a problem occurs and your dealer is tied up, Morris 360 Service is there to provide a speedy resolution.”

The Morris line of air carts, air drills, air seeders and hay haulers are represented in 94 dealerships across North America. Morris is the only seeding equipment manufacturer to offer a program like Morris 360 Service.

“Morris 360 Service is Morris’s way of demonstrating ‘We Hear You’ to our customers,” says Randy Ellis, director of North American Marketing and Sales for Morris. “Seeding is the most important time of the year, and we understand downtime means potential lost profit.”

When problems arise the first call should always be to the Morris dealer, but if they are busy, Morris owners can call 1-877-360-4360 to talk to a Morris 360 Service Technical Support or Parts Specialist.
