Morris Steel of a Deal Parts Credit Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Effective Date
    1. The program is in effect from September 1 to November 30, 2018.
  2. Qualifying Customers
    1. The program is open to any customer in Canada or the United States.
    2. All new qualifying equipment purchases within the effective date period are eligible for the parts credit.
  3. Qualifying Equipment
    1. Includes all new Morris seeding, tillage and field finishing products:
      • Air Carts – 9 Series, 9s Series, CX8105
      • Air Drills/Seeders – Quantum, C2 Contour, RAZR, Maxim II, Concept
      • Packer/Harrow Bars – Rangler III, Field Pro
  4. Qualifying Parts Purchase
    1. Customers will have 3 years from the delivery date of their equipment to redeem their parts rebate credit.
    2. Customers can use the rebate towards the dealer-invoiced purchase of any Morris parts.
    3. Customers can make their parts purchases at any authorized Morris parts dealer.
  5. Calculation of Credit
    1. The amount of credit earned will be calculated at a rate of 4% of the dealer-invoiced cost of equipment, excluding any dealer fees, freight or shipping charges, pre-delivery inspection fees, taxes or any other applicable fee.
    2. The amount of credit redeemed will be calculated by using the total dealer-invoiced cost of parts, excluding any dealer fees, freight or shipping charges, taxes or any other applicable fee.
  6. Transferability
    1. The rebate credit will be established under the company or individual’s name that appears on the dealer invoice, and is non-transferable.
  7. General Terms and Conditions
    1. Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
    2. By registering a purchase for a rebate credit, the purchaser consents to receive electronic communications from Morris Industries and its employees throughout the regular course of business and can opt-out at any time.
